Portland Veterinary Hospital is a small animal practice offering routine services such as exams, vaccines, and other preventive medicine, as well as treating sick and injured animals.   We do spays, neuters, declaws and dental cleanings.  We, also, do boarding and baths.  We focus on client education, so we take our time with our clients and their' furry family members, so you feel confidently in control of your pet's healthcare; being able to make informed decisions.  We recommend microchipping your pet so that if he/she gets lost, you have a better chance of recovery.  We use the Home Again system and recommend AKC's Companion Animal Recovery national registry:  http://www.akccar.org.

We are open six days a week with extended hours for your convenience.  We take appointments, but are happy to work in any walk-ins as well. 

We see dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits and all other pocket pets.  We have an educated, caring staff that work to insure that your pet's visit is as stress-free as possible.  We love what we do and hope to always rise above your expectations of how a veterinary visit should be.
